Project Manager Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Lead to manage and execute large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects in the Los Angeles, CA area. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and lead complex installation projects, collaborate with top industry professionals, and drive project success.
Responsibilities
• Lead all phases of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, including installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to achieve seamless project execution.
• Oversee installations of advanced mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and building automation systems.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Utilize industry-standard tools for project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
$130,000 - $160,000 per year based on experience
