Job Description:
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the California Institute of Technology campus. This critical position reports directly to the Manager of Maintenance Management and requires minimal supervision.
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel in ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize system performance.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
