About the Role
This position involves managing multiple branches, overseeing customer calls, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage branch P&L and forecast staffing requirements
• Effectively prioritize customer calls and advise dispatch accordingly
• Ensure customer requirements are followed and work orders are completed on a timely basis
• Oversee procurement of parts and supplies and maintain fleet inventory
• Maintain communication with customers and resolve issues or problems that impact satisfaction
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service or commercial construction
• High school diploma, GED, or technical school certification
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Strong communication abilities and customer service skills
