Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems and repairs. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds, including responding to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff.
