Job Description
The HVAC Operations Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure effective completion of tasks.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in building system performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facilities management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving building system performance and reducing energy costs.
• NATE certification as an HVAC technician and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
