We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Elmer's Home Services.
About the Role:
• Install new systems, components, and parts for residential customers.
• Perform maintenance work, including inspecting systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Residential HVAC Service setting.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current TDLR certification.
• EPA certified.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
