Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, overseeing HVAC system installations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
• Schedule service appointments, direct and provide technical support for HVAC technicians.
• Organize training and ongoing support for install teams.
• Review technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards.
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently.
• Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program.
• Current HVAC technician license and valid drivers license.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and meet project deadlines.
