Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Lead to oversee the design, engineering, installation, and aftermarket support of commercial HVAC systems.
About the Role
• This is a senior position that requires a solid background in HVAC system design, experience with multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in project management tools.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage 5-40 HVAC projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of all phases including design, installation, and support.
• Design/Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support the creation of HVAC systems, reviewing and interpreting construction documentation, RFIs, and product specifications.
• Documentation Review: Produce, review, and manage project deliverables, including pricing, drawings, materials, and samples.
• Coordination: Work with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trade professionals to ensure integrated system design and implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee verification activities to ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
• Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package of $$120,000 - $180,000 per year, comprehensive health benefits, and a retirement plan.
