HVAC Project Manager Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC System Manager to join our team.
About the Job
• The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD or other modeling tools, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong understanding of full system design, including interaction with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trades, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of all phases.
• Design/Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create HVAC systems, reviewing and interpreting construction documentation, RFIs, and product specifications.
• Documentation Review: Produce, review, and manage project deliverables, including pricing, drawings, materials, and samples.
• Coordination: Work with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trade professionals to ensure integrated system design and implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee verification activities to ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
• Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package of $$150,000 - $220,000 per year, comprehensive health benefits, and a retirement plan.
