Job Description
We are seeking a Building Services Technician to join our maintenance team at Hooper Deforest. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our company buildings and property, including outdoor grounds care and general maintenance.
You will also assist with safety inspections, security monitoring, and coordinating service and repairs with outside contractors.
A high school diploma and current driver's license are required, with a CDL preferred. Physical demands include working in all weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects up to 75lbs.
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including janitorial services and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate activities with skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing buildings and grounds
• Assist with setting up furniture configurations for training rooms and other office functions
