Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Specialist to join our team at Five Star Mechanical. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers across the region.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining and repairing complex commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, and exhaust fans. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
In addition to your technical expertise, strong communication skills are essential for this role. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, and exhaust fans.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers across the region.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification or degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays.
Estimated Salary: $40.00 - $63.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
