About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers schedule appointments and confirming their appointments over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
This is a full-time position with 30+ hours per week, offering daytime hours in the office and rotating evenings and weekends from home. The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling appointments and confirming customer details
• Managing customer databases and Excel reports
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and confirmation processes
