They will be proficient in diagnosing system issues, conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and providing expert recommendations on system improvements or upgrades.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose system issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand specific requirements and provide expert recommendations on system improvements or upgrades.
• Keep accurate records of service performed, including equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Salary: $40.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
