About the Role
R&H Mechanical is expanding our commercial construction division and seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Superintendent to lead our team. This role requires strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing project specifications and plans
• Managing multiple foremen and their crews
• Laying out and creating material lists for upcoming jobs
• Monitoring job tracking and ensuring compliance with job budgets
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial construction and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer a competitive salary of $40-$48 per hour depending on experience.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $96,000 per year
Requirements:
• 10 years of HVAC commercial construction experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
