We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team as a Lead Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

• Servicing various residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, electric furnaces, packaged thermal units, ductless split systems, humidification/dehumidification equipment, electronic air cleaners, and air purification systems.
• Troubleshooting and adapting to resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly.
• Performing regular system inspections to prevent future issues.
• Communicating with customers to explain services and repairs performed.
• Demonstrating effective selling capabilities to recommend products or services.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services completed and customer interactions.
• Debriefing service calls with dispatch after each service call.
• Maintaining company vehicles and adhering to safety policies.
About the Role:

This role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation. You must have knowledge of the fundamentals of operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment. Additionally, you should possess solid communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to mentor and train less-experienced technicians.
