Job Title: Lead Generator - HVAC
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, a trusted partner of Puget Sound Energy and a five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award, seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Generator to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated individual to generate sales leads while working inside retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering customer information and inputting it into our tracking system to initiate the bid process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide feedback and insights to management for future recaps.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of key brands, brand points, and educate customers on products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Work effectively for extended periods with minimal breaks.
• Generate sales leads while working in-store environments.
• Nurture productive relationships with store associates.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and comfort level communicating with the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying hours.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Estimated Salary: $18 - $20 per hour (dependent on experience).
