CareerPaths NW is looking for an experienced HVAC Account Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will sell top-of-the-line preventative maintenance packages to commercial buildings and present the long-term benefits of these packages to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Sell preventative maintenance packages to commercial buildings for HVAC, plumbing, controls, and related systems.
• Engage with building managers, superintendents, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Provide expert advice on the benefits of preventative maintenance packages.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and agreements tailored to client needs.
• Presents the benefits of long-term maintenance contracts, including cost efficiency, environmental impact, and safety improvements.
• Travel within the assigned territory, primarily focused north of Seattle.
