Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include paid vacation and holidays, PTO, IRA with company match, company vehicle, phone, tablet, and uniform.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers. You will also supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of install experience
• NATE install certification is preferred
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• General knowledge of all HVAC low-voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Ability to train and supervise others
• Ability to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects
