Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems, supervising the work of other installers, and maintaining high-quality performance standards.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $40.00 per hour, plus benefits including paid vacation and holidays, PTO, IRA with company match, company vehicle, phone, tablet, and uniform.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• NATE install certification is preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
