Job Description:
The Mechanical System Specialist will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating moving parts.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Completion of a Union Apprentice program or equivalent training, and/or on-the-job experience of at least 5 years relative to mechanical system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
• Ability to work with tablet-based service ticket software system.
