HVAC Area Service Manager Job Description
This is a leadership position within our commercial service team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a team of HVAC service technicians
• Coordinating daily schedules and workflows
• Ensuring timely and quality delivery of services to customers
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
You will also be expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
