The role of an AOR/HVAC Installation Mechanic involves disassembling and removing old systems, then installing, starting up, and troubleshooting new replacement HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications:
• At least 4-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable working in a lead role with a helper assigned.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingsness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates must undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
