About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Expert to join our team at Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example in selling residential HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver sales training programs for our technicians.
• Lead sales classes for groups of 12-15 technicians.
• Recruit, train, and retain sales technicians.
• Motivate, manage, and discipline technicians.
• Review and approve technician time and payroll.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience training HVAC technicians to sell residential HVAC systems.
• Class B HVAC Contractors License preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus.
