About the Role
• As an Executive Director, you will lead and manage a team of staff members to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction and retention.
• You will develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional operations to execute annual operating and capital budgets, anticipating and minimizing negative budget variances and deficits.
$90,000 - $105,960 per year
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two to four years related leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
