Responsibilities:
• Diagnose plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately
• Provide multiple service quote options to customers
• Utilize strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on honesty and quality
Qualifications:
• Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master's license required
• Leak location and repair experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates
