Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team at All Temperatures Controlled, Inc. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning, heating systems, and refrigeration systems. This includes air handlers, fan coil units, exhaust fans, make-up air units, reach-in refrigeration, walk-in refrigeration, and ice machines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC preventative maintenance, service, and repair, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Additionally, they should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations using equipment such as hand or power tools.
• Provide quality customer service while troubleshooting and diagnosing air conditioning, refrigeration, heating units, and various other associated equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service work performed, including complete reports, parts needed, and condition of systems.
• Assist with providing estimates, proposals, follow-ups, bid preparation, and parts orders when assigned or needed.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed.
