Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as valid licenses and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Plumbing and HVAC Service: Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems, installing, repairing, or replacing components as needed.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site, protecting clients' property and personnel.
• Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used, collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
• Valid and up-to-date Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
