Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Malace HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance: Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
• General interior maintenance, including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and repairing doors.
Requirements:
• Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
• 3rd Party Certification
• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license (if mobile)
Work Environment:
• Lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Working from heights
• Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead
