Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Technician Lead to join our team at Maxwell Plumb Mechanical. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct combustion efficiency tests and adjustments as required.
• Install and replace burner controls, heating controls, pumps, and other equipment as needed.
• Attend regular boiler inspections with regulatory agencies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and hold EPA certification. A valid driver's license is also required.
Salary: $50-$75 per hour, depending on experience.
