About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Industrial Heating Engineer to join our team at Maxwell Plumb Mechanical. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in servicing and maintaining commercial oil/gas burners, atmospheric/condensing boilers for hot water and steam systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose service complaints and issues.
• Perform maintenance and start-ups.
• Conduct combustion efficiency tests and adjustments.
• Install/replacing burner controls, heating controls, pumps, etc.
• Attend boiler inspections for the DOB, DEP & Con Ed.
• New installation wiring.
• Possible assistance with installations.
• Provide service work tickets, material lists, and recommendations on jobs.
Requirements:
• At least 5-7 years of experience in boiler system maintenance.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary Range: $26.00-$50.00 per hour
