Job Title: Residential HVAC Technician Lead
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Job Summary
This individual must be able to run a job and complete the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Install and adapt new systems to existing ductwork
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect it after each job
• Exhibit a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Wear floor savers in clients' homes
• Maintain company vehicles
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Valid driving license
