About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Technician to join our team at AM Technical Solutions. As an HVAC Systems Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating site mechanical systems and water treatment systems, ensuring manufacturing environments and physical plants operate efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting system/equipment problems, prioritizing tasks, analyzing data, and modifying equipment to meet specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Systematically troubleshoot system/equipment problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Prioritize system and equipment problems to ensure optimal performance
• Analyze equipment data to determine appropriate actions
• Install, maintain, and modify heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment and systems
• Conduct general checkouts to ensure proper systems operation
• Modify systems and equipment to respond to space and operational changes
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and system malfunctions
• Perform pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work as needed
• Apply skills to a wide variety of air conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems
• Operate, maintain, and adjust controls for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components
• Monitor, manipulate, analyze, and communicate system performance deviations to owners and respond to corrective action
• Perform air balance activities to support manufacturing tool requirements
• Read and understand OEM manuals, blueprints, drawings, schematics, and general instructions to perform task assignments
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and diagnostic testing to ensure proper system operation

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
