Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and professional service to all customers, including being polite, courteous, and respectful. They will complete customer service schedules on time, keep internal personnel informed of daily schedules, and demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services.
Responsibilities
• Determines customer requirements and effectively explain cleaning procedures to customer.
• Ability to manipulate the cleaning equipment from the van into the customer's home.
• Follow all safety procedures as prescribed by the company.
• Ask customers for additional business and successfully sell add-on services and products (such as fabric guard, upholstery cleaning, etc.).
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
