Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

Duties:

Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's instructions
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for HVAC equipment
Drive company van to service locations
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or HVAC field service (at least 3 years preferred)
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment repair
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Ability to handle various tasks
