Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
- Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
- Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for HVAC equipment
- Drive company van to service locations
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or HVAC field service (at least 3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment repair
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to handle various tasks
