We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Financial accountability for construction projects and project deliverables
• Project setup (job add, submittals, project plan, etc.)
• Ordering equipment and/or materials
• Developing schedules based on estimate
• Administration of job site records
• Project close out (O and M, warranty letter, as-builts, etc.)
• Produce or price change orders
• Ownership of project management systems
• Vendor management
• Maintain budget
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints
• Ability to read plans and specs and translate into installation
• Ability to read and understand legal contracts
• Direct involvement in the functional project team for the life of the project
• Stay up-to-date on industry training and software advancements
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Certification, professional license, or credential preferred
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience required
• 7 to 10 years of relevant of experience preferred
• PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred
• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience preferred
• AutoCAD, Vista and Bluebeam system experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required
