Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - HVAC Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee.
About the Job
This role involves performing preventive maintenance of major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual life safety inspections, where allowed by local jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, electrical systems, boilers, and hot water systems.
• Conduct emergency work on HVAC, kitchen, laundry, or water systems outages.
• Maintain a thorough log of each day's activities and problems, including documenting decisions and rationale for repairs and/or recommendations for replacements of major mechanical equipment.
Requirements
• EPA 608 Certified
• Clean Driving Record
