We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Summary:
The Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, including commercial and residential projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and assess HVAC needs.

Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and timelines.

Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and generate leads.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and project forecasts using CRM software.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on HVAC systems or construction sales.

Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and installation processes.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
