Job Description Summary
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and testing system components
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise and train field technicians on HVAC equipment and procedures
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Conduct site visits to assess HVAC system performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a yard or logistics setting
• HVAC certification and state technician license
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrains
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with computer software programs for inventory tracking and reporting
Work Environment
The HVAC Supervisor will work primarily in the field, visiting various locations to inspect and maintain HVAC systems. Some office work may be required, involving tasks such as record-keeping and communication with team members.
