Job Description:
The HVAC and Restaurant Equipment Service Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, scheduling service appointments, responding to customer emails, collecting essential information from customers, and prioritizing and scheduling service requests. They will also dispatch technicians to scheduled jobs, assist technicians with their tasks, and proactively address customer issues.
