About the Role:
This position oversees the organization and operation of Technical Support Services for the branch.
Remote-based in Oklahoma City Area with up to 30% travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for York products, addressing installation, application, service issues, and performance concerns via phone or on-site visits
• Support branch personnel in understanding product applications and technical information
• Oversee warranty administration and obligations for UPG product lines
• Develop, assemble, and facilitate technical, service, and product training for contractors
• Assist in determining necessary parts inventory for new products or services
• Resolve customer complaints, collaborating with dealers, consumers, and factory customer relations
• Distribute service letters and tips as needed
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in HVAC fieldwork (residential and commercial) or a technical support role
• Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% locally
