Key Responsibilities
• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and timely completion of tasks
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed
• Diagnosing and repairing systems and products at customers' locations
• Preparing for on-site installations and repairs
• Inspecting vehicles and maintaining equipment
• Documenting work and representing the company as a direct customer contact
