Our Current Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC maintenance and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities & Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Using a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customers' locations.
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
• Inspecting vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Maintaining vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service.
• Maintaining equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Notifying customers and/or Operations Manager of findings.
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Representing the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
• Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files.
• Recording parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources.
• Turning in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Keeping current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Reading and interpreting product specifications.
• Providing technical support to customers.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
• Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed.
