Job Title: Comfort & Design Specialist
Reports To: Sales Manager/Genral Manager/Owner
Work Hours: Available for Clients from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday - Sunday
Pay Scale: Current Commission Schedule

Position Summary: Comfort/Design Specialist will serve as the face of the organization for our retail clients. Provide information and options to our clients needing system replacements, add-ons to their current system, duct modifications and/or repairs, maintenance, etc. Respond to incoming calls from clients, schedule appointments, meet with potential clients, create sale proposals, close sales. Maintain close contact and communication with clients through post sale process and complete follow-up calls, visits, and letters. The specialist will be responsible for sales profit margins, including staying within the incentive/discount parameters, provide 100% client satisfaction, and establish, build, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients. Responsible for lead generation through formulating their own ideas and implementation. It is the ultimate responsibility of the specialist to ensure that monthly/annual sales goals are met, and the installation department remains working and is fully utilized throughout the entire year. The specialist will always provide an unmatched client experience and appropriately support and represent Hamstra mission and values.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years HVAC experience desired
• 2+ years of service sales success
• Advanced Client service, communication (oral & written), and presentation abilities
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
• Goal-oriented with a desire to implement innovative ways to drive new business
• Adhere to company sales policies and procedures
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to be organized and multi-task
• Time and activity management skills
• Positive attitude and high level of energy
• Ability to work under extreme heat conditions
• Valid drivers license. Insurable by company auto insurance carrier
• Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Ladder)
