Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial systems
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, and maintain HVAC systems to meet company standards
• Valid HVAC certification and any required licenses
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial buildings
• Install gas forced air furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless split systems, ductwork, boilers and packaged heat/cooling units.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on system usage
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
• Maintain inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition
