Daikin Applied is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate is to establish selling opportunities for Daikin Parts. This is a store front position to service customers both over the counter and over the phone as well as help manage inventory for the Phoenix location. This role consists of parts identification, order management and stocking, receiving and general management of inventory. This position will assist in inventory selection and pricing. What You Will Do
• Selling HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in person interacting with customers on a daily basis
• Create solutions to customer needs by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer complaints.
• Assisting in inventory selection and management and ensuring that it is appropriately accounted for.
• Communicate to management when pricing is not in line with market price and local product knowledge.
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate.

Qualifications
• High School or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
• 2+ years HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience.
