About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team and support our customers in the Western Region.
As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers, including Sales Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Systems Integrators, Mechanical Engineers, and Distributors.
You will handle large volumes of technical support calls, conduct training sessions, perform on-site start-up inspections, and report quality control issues.
You will also assist our Regional Sales Managers with pre- and post-sales support and mentor junior technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HVAC refrigeration cycles and be able to read and interpret electrical and electronic blueprints.
