Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable, internet, and other services. You will also promote these services and educate customers on their proper use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable, internet, and other services.
• Promote these services and educate customers on their proper use.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are also necessary.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 84 lbs.

Estimated salary: $23/hour starting pay + $2,500 hiring bonus.
