About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Support Representative to join our team at Horwitz. As an integral part of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for managing parts pricing and facilitating small projects while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with technicians and customers to develop repair proposals and manage all aspects of repairs.
• Review and approve invoices related to repairs, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.
• Analyze customer inquiries and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service customers, driving loyalty and retention.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry and excellent communication skills.
