Role Summary & Responsibilities
This role at Hurliman will have full operational responsibility, with a primary focus on gross profit maximization, efficient departmental processes, and sales. Key responsibilities include:
• Cultivate a Servant Leadership Culture: Uphold and promote our S.E.R.V.E. values across all levels, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Financial & Operational Oversight: Drive profitability by setting and meeting margin goals, regularly reviewing market pricing, and adjusting company price books as necessary.
• Departmental Leadership: Manage department managers, set performance goals, and provide coaching for high-potential team members to ensure future leadership and growth within the company.
• Strategic Planning: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, devising strategies to address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Build and implement effective sales processes, ensuring consistent follow-through and closing. Lead the sales team with clear goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Standardize Operations: Work with department heads to streamline internal processes, establish operational standards, and create policies to improve efficiencies.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Lead weekly leadership team meetings and review financial and operational performance, presenting key insights and action items to owners.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in leading sales teams to exceed revenue goals, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to motivate and direct a team toward common goals, fostering a cohesive, results-oriented work culture.
• Analytical skills with strong financial acumen and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to forecast, plan, and prioritize, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Proficient with relevant software and technology, including operations management tools.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
